Grate the cottage cheese well with a fork together with the egg, semolina, flour, a little grated lemon peel, to be like a cream. Take a teaspoon of the composition about the size of a walnut, place it on a floured plastic sheet and give it a round shape.

When they are all ready. boil in boiling water in a 2 L saucepan, more than half with water and a teaspoon of salt. Put the lid on, and after it boils, simmer for 6-7 minutes. Remove with a whisk and place in a grate to drain the water well.

Fry the semolina in butter until it changes color, then quench with water and mix until the semolina is dissolved (not to be wet). Leave the semolina to cool, add vanilla sugar and sugar. Whoever wants, can also put cinnamon.

Roll the papanasii through the semolina combined to taste and serve.

Boiled paprika with sweet cheese and cinnamon

We present you an interesting recipe for Papanasi boiled with sweet cheese and cinnamon, sent by our user Iocu Carmen.

Preparation Boiled pappans with sweet cheese and cinnamon

Mix 500 grams of sweet cottage cheese (from that crumbled) + 2 eggs + 300 grams of semolina. If the composition is too soft, add more semolina. We put on the fire a pot with a lot of water, I used a 3 liter pot in which I put 2 liters of water. It's good to have a deeper pot. When the water boils, form lumps from the composition below and put in water. When they rise to the surface, turn the papanas over, leave them for another 2 minutes and take them with a whisk.
Separately melt 70 g of butter, mix 500 g of breadcrumbs and 100 grams of sugar (you can put more or less according to taste). Let the breadcrumbs harden a bit and when it cools we add cinnamon, also according to taste, I like to put a lot of cinnamon. We feed the breadcrumbs after we take them out of the water, and we put plenty of breadcrumbs on them.

Papanasi with baked cheese & # 8211 Ingredients

500 g Fluffy cream cheese & # 8211 Delaco
(or cottage cheese, but it will crush well with a fork)
120 g gray
1 pinch of salt
1 lemon
350 ml cream of 20%
80 g old powder
4 eggs
4 sachets of vanilla sugar
butter for greased form

Baked cheesecakes & # 8211 Preparation

Put the cheese in a bowl and mix with 2 egg yolks, 1 pinch of salt, 2 sachets of vanilla, grated lemon zest and semolina. Mix well until the composition is homogeneous and leave to cool for 1 hour.

The cheese composition is removed from the cold and the remaining egg whites are whipped. The egg white foam is incorporated into the cheese composition.
From this composition we form papanasi which we will place in a form, a bowl greased with butter.

These being done, we move on. Put the cream in a bowl, add the remaining 2 eggs, powdered sugar and 2 sachets of vanilla sugar. Mix until well blended.

From the sour cream composition we will pour over the papanas placed in a form greased with butter and put the bowl in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.

Remove the papanas from the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve hot or cold, with sugar or jam.

and the round donuts are made & ndash I made with 2 teaspoons because it was a softer composition & ndash (only round ones didn't come out & hellip)
Bring the water to a boil with a little salt and when the water boils, add the papanasi through the flour and bring to the boil. Boil over medium heat until it rises to the surface then leave for about 10 minutes on low heat

take them out and put them in breadcrumbs fried in butter mixed with sugar (for an extra flavor you can put vanilla sugar in breadcrumbs).

They are delicious (and have the advantage that they are cooked, not fried)!
I only made half the amount because I didn't know if we liked it and they ended immediately & hellip

  • When the oil is hot, add the papanas in turn. Let them brown first on one side and then, with the help of a spatula, turn them on the other side.
  • When they are fried, we take them out on a plate in which we previously put a paper kitchen towel to absorb the excess oil.
  • I sprinkled some vanilla powdered sugar on them. Ready!
  • They are good both warm and cold.

Boiled papanas recipe

To prepare boiled papanas we needed:

  • cow cheese. I weighed about 500 grams
  • semolina. I used about 200 grams.
  • two eggs
  • vanilla essence
  • a pinch of salt
  • a vanilla sugar
  • cream to put on top
  • Sweety. I used blueberries. It seems to me the most suitable for papanas.

How I prepared this dessert with cottage cheese:

Boiled papanas are easy to prepare. In a bowl, mix the cheese with the vanilla sugar, salt, essence, eggs and semolina. The mixture must be sticky but capable of being shaped. If it is too soft, add semolina. It would be good to add the semolina gradually, so as not to put too much by mistake. Form balls and let them sit until the water starts to boil.

After the water boils, proceed as for the soup dumplings. Remove the pot from the heat and with the help of a spoon, add the balls to the water. I boiled about 5 times, but it depends on how wide the pot is. After adding the balls to the water, put the pot back on the fire and let it boil. After the balls rise to the surface, we leave them for another 3 & # 8211 4 minutes and take them out on a napkin.

After the balls have drained of water, put cream and jam on them and serve hot.

How to prepare the simplest recipe for papanaşi

The recipe is so simple that all we need is a bowl and a spatula. No mixer or other appliances.

Depending on your tastes, you also need a pot in which to boil the papanas and / or a pan for breadcrumbs or for frying.

If you know that you have lovers of breadcrumbs, then you have to start with it, because the breadcrumbs must be left to cool for a few minutes before we put the sugar and we can roll the breadcrumbs.

So first we make the breadcrumbs and then we boil the papanas.

We also have the recipe in VIDEO format, on the blog's YouTube channel, just to convince you how wonderful it is and how easy it is to make. You can find it at the end of the post.
