Move over, beer lovers -- Oktoberfest is over, and it’s time for wine aficionados to take center stage. Hong Kong is once again hosting Wine & Dine Month, allowing participants to spend the entire month of November indulging in a variety of epicurean delights.

The Hong Kong Tourism Board isn’t pulling any punches with this set list. With so many things on the menu, how’s a food lover to choose? Clear your calendar, folks -- our list of can’t-miss Wine & Dine Month events is going to take up some serious space.

CCB (Asia) Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival (October 22-25)

Jump the gun for November and head to the Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival by Central Piers 9 and 10. This four-day bonanza offers over 300 booths featuring wine experts, master chefs, industry stars, premier restaurants, and live music. Taste your way through the Gourmet Trails restaurant area, or head over to the Discovery Zone for craft beer and whisky flights. Celebrating something special? The Cheering Zone consists of exclusively sparkling wine and Champagne. We’ll cheers to that.

Cooking with Ken Hom (October 26)

While not strictly part of Wine & Dine Month festivities, the Hong Kong International Literary Festival is hosting a one-night only event with renowned chef Ken Hom. Spend a pleasant evening enjoying world-class food and wine while listening to Hom discuss his career path. And yes -- there will be a book signing.

Stanley Plaza World of Food and Music 2015 (November 1, 8, and 15)

The Stanley Plaza World of Food and Music truly offers up a world of experiences. Head out to Stanley for a weekend of themed parties, gourmet food, fun games, and amazing performances. This year’s theme is a “Fruit Punch Challenge,” combining fruits and sports to promote a healthy lifestyle. Wander through the Juicy Fruit Bar to refuel after an intense game of bubble soccer, and head to the photobooth with fruit-printed bubble soccer balls to capture the moment forever.

Dim Sum Making Class (November 3, 5, 19, and 24)

Sign up for a class at Easy123 Dining & Cooking Studio to learn to make dim sum. Become an expert in the arts of squid-shaped spring rolls, penguin dumplings, and shrimp dumplings. Register for this special opportunity in advance on their website.

Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Fair (November 5-7)

This year’s International Wine & Spirits Fair features Portugal as the partner country, along with country pavilions from Argentina, Australia, Austria, Germany, South Africa, Spain, and more. Grand tastings, master classes, cocktail demonstrations, and seminars are all on the list, as well as the Hong Kong International Wine & Spirit Competition.

Truffle Cooking with Chef Alberto (November 18 and 21)

Spend an afternoon with Chef Alberto of Sabatino, who will demonstrate three different recipes featuring different truffle products. He will also cover appropriate wine pairings for an all-encompassing meal experience. Call +822 2840 0222 to make a reservation -- class size is limited.

NEWS: Dates Announced for the 2021 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival!

Last year the Food & Wine Festival also lasted for OVER 4 MONTHS. Well, this year the Festival is coming BACK and we finally got a look at when we’ll be able to enjoy ALL the food and wine again. Will it be as long as last year’s Festival? How soon will the Festival start? We’ve got all the details here for you!

Earlier today, Disney shared the dates when the 2021 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival will take place (and we ARE SO EXCITED)! This year, the Festival will begin on July 15th and last through November 20th. And it’s sportin’ a bit of a different name, too! The “taste” part of its name has officially been dropped, and it’s now simply called the 2021 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival.

We’re getting 4 months of food and wine, entertainment, merchandise, and MORE at the Festival. Get those stomachs and stretchy pants ready!!

Flavors from Fire from 2020

We’ve also got a taste of some of the events that will be offered! Emile’s Fromage Montage will serve as the Festival’s snacking scavenger hunt (think the Garden Graze from the EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival!). You’ll sample cheeses from 5 Global Marketplaces, collecting stamps to ultimately win a prize. And speaking of RatatouilleRemy’s Ratatouille Hide and Squeak will return, too! Lastly, you’ll be able to listen to some tunes by EPCOT favorites like Voices of Liberty, Mariachi Cobre, and the Jammin’ Chefs.

Remy’s Ratatouille Hide and Squeak 2020

Official menus for the festival booths have not yet been announced by Disney (although we do know some favorite booths like Canada, Greece, Germany, Hops and Barley, and Appleseed Orchard will be BACK), but we are on the lookout for ALL the latest updates. You can check out our video below to see our list of the BEST of the FEST from the 2020 booths!

A lot of the BIG details surrounding this upcoming festival haven’t been announced yet, like will the Eat to the Beat concerts be returning (we might have a clue on that)? Will there be beverage and culinary seminars available? How many booths will be coming back? We’ll be on the lookout for more information and keep you updated as we learn more. Stay tuned for all the latest Disney news!
