Yield
Serves 4 (serving size: about 1 cup)
This big-batch-friendly cocktail celebrates summer’s juiciest stone fruit and most bountiful herb. Peaches contain two key antioxidants—lutein and zeaxanthin—good for eye health. Lemongrass paste (found near the fresh herbs) imparts aromatic, lemony luster.
Ingredients
- 12 ounces peeled and sliced peaches
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Optional: 1 1/2 tsp. refrigerated lemongrass paste
- 4 ounces bourbon
- 1 cup club soda
- Garnish: Fresh Thai basil or sweet basil sprigs
