Dietary chicken roll with vegetables
Cut the chest and thighs into pieces and put it in the food processor until it becomes a paste. If we don't have a robot, we put the meat through the mincer using the finest sieve. Chop the peppers, mushrooms, green olives and dill and add them to the meat bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Grease 2 cake trays with butter and cover them with breadcrumbs and put the meat mixed with vegetables. Grease the surface of the roll with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
